Fabrication and mechanical properties of large-scale SiC impeller via vacuum gelcasting and pressureless sintering

Impeller is the key part of centrifugal pump to convey liquid. And combined with the engineering practice, we fabricated two types of open and semi-open SiC ceramic impellers with diameter of 100 mm and 160 mm via gelcasting and pressureless sintering. B4C and C were used as the sintering additives and sprayed drying granulation method was adopted for the starting SiC powder processing. Given the size and shape complexity of impeller, the optimized pH value, dispersant content, and solid-loading content for the fabrication of the SiC impellers were determined to be 10-11, 0.8 wt%, and 40 vol%, respectively. For the open impeller, blade height, cover board thickness, drying shrinkage, and sintering shrinkage are 10.5 mm, 4 mm, 10.3%, and 21.3%, respectively. For the semi-open ones, the corresponding parameters are 41 mm, 10 mm, 10.3%, and 21.3%, respectively. The average density of the two types of impellers is 3.15 g/cm3, and the mechanical properties of both impellers, including average hardness, flexural strength, compressive strength, and fracture toughness are 2478 HV, 436 MPa, 2093 MPa, and 3.17 MPa·m1/2, respectively. All variation coefficient values are smaller than 5%, which indicates a good uniformity in densities and mechanical properties of both the impellers.     

Genes Identification,Molecular Docking and Dynamics Simulation Analysis of Laccases from Amylostereum areolatum Provides Molecular Basis of Laccase Bound to Lignin

An obligate mutualistic relationship exists between the fungus Amylostereum areolatum and woodwasp Sirex noctilio. The fungus digests lignin in the host pine, providing essential nutrients for the growing woodwasp larvae. However, the functional properties of this symbiosis are poorly described. In this study, we identified, cloned, and characterized 14 laccase genes from A. areolatum. These genes encoded proteins of 508 to 529 amino acids and contained three typical copper-oxidase domains, necessary to confer laccase activity. Besides, we performed molecular docking and dynamics simulation of the laccase proteins in complex with lignin compounds (monomers, dimers, trimers, and tetramers). AaLac2, AaLac3, AaLac6, AaLac8, and AaLac10 were found that had low binding energies with all lignin model compounds tested and three of them could maintain stability when binding to these compounds. Among these complexes, amino acid residues ALA, GLN, LEU, PHE, PRO, and SER were commonly present. Our study reveals the molecular basis of A. areolatum laccases interacting with lignin, which is essential for understanding how the fungus provides nutrients to S. noctilio. These findings might also provide guidance for the control of S. noctilio by informing the design of enzyme mutants that could reduce the efficiency of lignin degradation.     

起重机械防碰装置试验系统的设计

防碰装置是起重机械重要的安全防护装置,其性能质量直接关系到人员和设备安全。常规的防碰装置性能试验方法难以保证试验数据的精度和可靠性。针对防碰装置的工作特点和试验要求,从试验原理、系统结构、运行逻辑等方面入手,设计一套能模拟防碰装置实际运行工况,自动进行性能试验和数据采集处理,精度高、重复性好的试验系统,可以有效提升防碰装置检测能力。     

管状带式输送机在线纠扭托辊的研究与应用

管状带式输送机是一种新型环保的散状物料连续输送设备,在运行过程中受各种因素影响,头、尾过渡段经常会跑偏,管状段经常会扭转,常规停机调偏纠扭方法已不能胜任复杂路线长距离管带机稳定运行的要求。为适应市场发展趋势,设计人员分析了管带机扭转原因,结合纠扭基本原理及常规纠扭方法,新开发出一种在线(不停机)纠扭托辊并投入项目应用。     

安家岭储煤场输煤暗道通风除尘技术应用研究

针对输煤暗道的生产工艺现状，提出了采用通风与密闭抽尘净化技术，结合转载落料点密闭干雾降尘等技术措施，实现了输煤暗道内粉尘的的综合治理，通过粉尘浓度在线监测系统进行智能化控制，实现对输煤暗道通风除尘系统的远程连续监测监控，输煤暗道转载点下风侧5 m作业人员通行的位置总粉尘浓度由380.8 mg/m3降至19.8 mg/m3，降尘效率达94.8%，呼吸性粉尘浓度从96.7 mg/m3降至8.4 mg/m3，降尘效率达91.3%，降尘效果较好，有效地解决了输煤暗道及其转载落料点的粉尘污染问题，为输煤暗道内的粉尘防治提供参考依据。     

提升生活排水系统卫生安全性能的关键问题

新冠肺炎确诊患者粪便病毒检测呈阳性,意味着新冠病毒可能会通过气溶胶的方式进行传播,使得生活排水系统的卫生安全问题时隔17年后再次摆在人们面前。以保障人的健康为出发点,从基础研究、排水机理、系统设计、施工监管、维护管理等多方面提出了提升生活排水系统卫生安全性能的关键问题,以期从全生命周期内切断排水系统可能传播病毒的隐形途径,切实保障居民居家健康。     

A small-scale silica gel-water adsorption system for domestic air conditioning and water heating by the recovery of solar energy

A small-scale silica gel-water adsorption system with modular adsorber, which utilizes solar energy to achieve the cogeneration of domestic air conditioning and water heating effect, is proposed and investigated in this paper. A heat recovery process between two adsorbers and a mass recovery process between two evaporators are adopted to improve the overall cooling and heating performance. First, the adsorption system is tested under different modes (different mass recovery, heat recovery, and cogeneration time) to determine the optimal operating conditions. Then, the cogeneration performance of domestic cooling and water heating effect is studied at different heat transfer fluid temperatures. The results show that the optimal time for cogeneration, mass recovery, and heat recovery are 600 s, 40 s, and 40 s, respectively. When the inlet temperature of hot water is around 85°C, the largest cooling power and heating power are 8.25 kW and 21.94 kW, respectively. Under the condition of cooling water temperature of 35°C, the obtained maximum COP_c, COP_h, and SCP of the system are 0.59, 1.39, and 184.5 W/kg, respectively.     

Changes of the cell surface hydrophobicity of Lactobacillus acidophilus La‐5 in response to pH,temperature and inulin

The main topic of this study was to study how cell surface hydrophobicity (CSH) could change in response to pH, temperature and inulin; Lactobacillus acidophilus La‐5 was used as a model microorganism. pH, temperature, inulin and incubation time (exposure to prebiotic or incubation at pH 4.0 and 9.0) were combined through a full factorial design and a Central Composite Design; the results were analysed using a multifactorial anova (first step) and a stepwise regression (second step). Temperature and pH significantly affected CSH: an increase in the temperature determined a significant increase in CSH, whereas the correlation pH vs. CSH was negative, as an increase in pH caused a significant decrease in CSH. Inulin played a significant role, but its effect could be influenced by temperature, pH and exposure time. This study is the first approach on the effects of some environmental factors on CSH and suggests that the culturing conditions and/or the exposure to some prebiotics could modify it with positive or negative effects.     

基于船载卫星通信三轴天线的跟踪搜索技术

针对船载卫星通信三轴天线跟踪系统,介绍了船载三轴天线的系统组成,提出了一种基于捷联惯导的船载三轴天线跟踪搜索技术。天线以目标地理角为中心,通过坐标转换将目标地理角转换为天线的目标甲板角,调整AEC三轴使其及时准确地跟随目标甲板角。目前,该方法已经成功应用于多种船载三轴天线。实践表明,该方法能够快速准确地搜索到目标卫星,并实现对目标卫星的稳定跟踪。     

小尺度交通信号灯的检测与状态识别

交通信号灯识别包括检测和状态识别，在智能交通系统中发挥重要作用。基于YOLOv3算法提出了一种交通信号灯检测与状态识别模型。针对交通信号灯相较于交通场景中其他目标具有尺度小的特性进行了算法的设计：降低骨干网络的下采样倍率以增加小尺度目标的特征描述能力；通过增大特征图的尺度来改进多尺度特征融合；引入广义交并比作为检测任务的损失函数来改进目标边界框的回归效果。同时，根据交通信号灯本身的特性，使用颜色和形状约束的方法对信号灯进行状态识别和类别验证。最后在公开的Bosch交通信号灯数据集上和实际的城区道路进行了实验验证。实验结果表明，所提出的算法能够提升交通信号灯识别的精度和召回率，识别准确率可以达到90%左右。
